Our friend, Cheryl, introduced us to the Til shawl from Sonder Yarn Co. I love the two layers, the light weight, the elegant construction, the variety of ways it can be worn. Two different rows, and a non-sewing join make for easy-breezy work.
I spent some time in the yarn studio putting together kits, which are all on sale, so look for Til shawl kits in Skye, Herriot Fine, Heritage Sock, and Alpaca Lace. I'll pop the pattern into each kit, you supply the #6 needles. You need approximately 880 yards each of two colors of sock weight yarn, so if you want to use your stash, download the pattern from Ravelry for free.
