Yesterday's delayed mammogram appointment made for a 45 minute pocket of time to just be still. I did not happen to have a project to work on, no phone calls, no internet, just stillness. I stayed tuned in just enough to listen for my name. I warned them that I may be on the same bench every few days, pretending I have an appointment, and would be happy to stop at the store on my way in if they needed anything from the outside world. Projects, as well as housework, are loyal, and all were waiting for me, just where I left them.
That's all, just hoping you are having calm portions of days.
